As a career changer in the hairdressing industry, I was faced with the challenge of learning how to cut hair from scratch. I have always been passionate about styling and creativity, and I knew I wanted to develop my hair cutting skills further. But I didn’t have the time to complete a lengthy training course and couldn’t afford to live on an apprentice’s salary for 3 years. Luckily, I found Online Hair school, which gave me the opportunity to make my dreams come true.
The Online Hairdressing School promised 18 weeks of training to become a professional hair stylist, which was flexible and tailored to my needs. The flexibility of online learning has allowed me to follow my own path and adapt my education to my personal commitments. I decided to take advantage of this opportunity and dive into the adventure of online learning. I soon realized that this decision was one of the best decisions of my life.
The online course allowed me to learn how to cut and style hair through interactive exercises. I was able to learn at my own pace and repeat the lessons as many times as I felt necessary. In no time I felt confident with so many haircuts and techniques. Plus, there were experienced stylists available as mentors to answer my questions and support me.
With practice heads and later with friends who volunteered to be models, I was able to try out different techniques and slowly improve my skills. Thanks to the Hairschool methods, I gradually gained a lot of confidence in my abilities, so I didn’t feel nervous about working with real people for the first time. These practical exercises gave me the confidence to develop my skills and implement my own creative ideas.
After completing my training, I applied to several salons in Berlin and was finally accepted into a top salon and was able to put my skills and knowledge directly into practice. I loved the job and enjoyed the contact with so many people – nothing compared to my previous job in the office.
Today I am at a turning point in my career and I am seriously thinking about becoming self-employed. I never thought that everything could happen so quickly.
